Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. In addition, depending on the services you engage me for, there may be an early termination fee not in excess of 50% of the total cost. Then again, there may not be. It depends on the specific service, check your Service Agreement.

Horses & Carts

I can almost guarantee that if you’re reading this, we haven’t spoken yet. Because if we had- and you had decided I could help you- you’d have received a very professional, lawyer-drafted proposal outlining all the details of my refund and cancellation policies. Which means you’d never need to look for or read this page.

So is this putting the cart before the horse? No, my friend. It is putting the cart, saddle, reins, and the man who makes carts for a living before the mother of a horse not yet born.

But supposedly these policies need to exist on the site. So now we can all rest easier. Especially the lawyers.
